I Saw A Family

I saw a family the other day in town. I did not know them. But, in a few minutes we were talking and laughing. It was the mom and 2 sweet children. Both of the children were in 4th and 5th grade. Both so polite and respectful to me. Both, very smart. I said to them, "I hope you both work hard in school, do well, and grow up and help solve some of the many problems our Nation faces. I believe you can." They smiled at me and said, "we will". I thought for a moment, my heart skipped a beat and I smiled, and said, "thank God for such children, they are our future and our hope. God bless everyone of them and keep them from evil." God bless America.
