CHESS

Who likes chess? I rarely find anyone to play chess with. I have loved this game since I was about 13. A friend in Flint, Michigan taught me how to play. Its a great game and stimulates the mind and your reasoning skills. You will learn strategy and planning ahead and seek to anticipate your opponents next moves. Each piece has certain powers. I love it when all the pieces are on the board as you start the game. There they are your team with full power ready to march forward to achieve the ultimate victory. You must protect your King at all cost. You must be willing to let some of your pieces be captured to achieve the greater good and defeating your opponent in open battle.
